One firm. One number. One system that answers for your building.
Access control, video surveillance, and entry screening engineered as a single system — with documentation, staff training, and fixed-cost maintenance behind it. For companies that treat security as infrastructure, not an afterthought.
The pressure
Security is a liability question long before it’s a hardware question.
Who was in the building the night the inventory walked off? Which contractor still has a key to the server room? When the incident happens, what does the recording actually show — and would it hold up with your insurer, HR, or law enforcement?
Duty of care, tenant and visitor flow, incident evidence, multi-site consistency: commercial security is a set of operational questions. We build the systems that answer them — and keep answering them years after the install.
Challenge → System
The problems, and what actually solves them.
Keys circulating among ex-employees, vendors, and cleaning crews
Access control — a lost key is a rekeying project; a lost badge is a click. Credentials revoked in seconds, logged always.
Incidents that end up as one person’s word against another’s
IP video surveillance engineered for identification where it matters — entries, docks, inventory, lots.
A front door that opens for anyone who presses the buzzer
Intercom entry — every visitor seen, heard, and decided on before the lock opens.
Multiple locations, each with its own aging, orphaned system
One integrated design across every site, one firm accountable for all of it — assessed, engineered, and maintained as a program.
After-hours access for contractors and deliveries without after-hours risk
Scheduled credentials and screened entry — access windows that open and close themselves, with a record either way.
The partner question
The system is only half the purchase. The firm is the other half.
Most commercial systems are orphans — installed by a vendor who moved on, undocumented, unmaintained, un-callable. Ours come with the opposite: verified installation, staff trained on-site, documentation that survives turnover, and a maintenance agreement that makes a failed reader a phone call, not a budget event.
How engagements runQuestions we hear
Asked by owners and operations directors.
We’re a small office — is this overkill?
The discipline scales down as well as up. A single controlled door, a handful of well-placed cameras, and screened entry is a modest project — and the assessment is exactly where we tell you what we’d build and what we wouldn’t.
Can one system cover multiple locations?
Yes — that’s the point of designing it as one program: consistent credentials, consistent coverage, one management approach, and one firm answerable for every site.
What happens to our existing cameras and readers?
The assessment documents what carries forward — cabling, mounts, hardware, sometimes whole subsystems — and the design builds around it. You pay for the gap, not a teardown.
Who do we call when something breaks in two years?
The same number you called the first time: 214-727-6801. Under a maintenance agreement, repairs are handled at a fixed cost by the firm that designed and installed the system.

A no-obligation assessment documents your entry points, coverage gaps, and risks — and what we’d do about them, plainly.
