How engagements run

A method built so nothing is left to luck.

Every project runs the same defined lifecycle — assess, design, implement, maintain. Here is what happens in each phase, what you receive, and what we need from you.

Assessment

We look before we talk hardware.

It starts with a no-obligation walk of your facility — by the people who would engineer the system, not a salesperson with a brochure. We document entry points, sightlines, coverage gaps, existing equipment worth keeping, and the requirements your organization actually operates under.

Then we tell you plainly what we’d build — and what we wouldn’t.

What you receive
A documented account of what we found: the gaps, the priorities, and our recommendation — in plain language your board or leadership can read.
What we need from you
An hour, access to the facility, and the person who knows how the building really gets used.

System design

Engineered for your building. Not pulled from a catalog.

We design the system before we price it: which doors get credentialed entry, where cameras earn their placement, how visitors are screened at the entrance — and how the pieces work together as one build. The design is scoped to your budget, sequenced so the most critical work lands first.

What you receive
A customized, cost-effective system design with clear scope and pricing — the document a school board, compliance committee, or owner can approve with confidence.
What we need from you
Your priorities, your constraints, and an honest number for the budget.

Implementation

Installed. Verified. Trained. In that order.

We install every component of the design, then prove it: every reader, every camera, every intercom verified working — not assumed working. Before we close the project, we train your staff on-site until the people who run your building can run the system.

What you receive
A working system, verified device by device, and staff who know how to use it. A project closes when both are true.
What we need from you
Site access for the crew and time with the staff who’ll operate the system.

Maintenance

An install is a transaction. A maintenance agreement is a relationship.

Systems age, hardware fails, staff turn over. Under a maintenance agreement, we handle repairs at a fixed cost — so a failed reader is a phone call, not a budget event, and your staff stay focused on their work instead of the security system.

What you receive
Fixed-cost repair coverage, a system that stays the system that works, and one number to call when anything misbehaves.
What we need from you
Nothing. That’s the point.
